How controller repair works

1. Book & describe the fault

Message contact or WhatsApp with your controller model and symptoms (drift, triggers, paddles, etc.). We’ll confirm what to send or bring.

2. Drop off or ship

Visit us in Durbanville or use a courier—either way we log intake the same way so nothing gets lost in translation.

3. Diagnose & approve

We inspect, explain findings, and share options (stock fix vs Hall Effect / TMR upgrades where relevant). Work starts after you approve.

4. Repair, test, return
